A branch is a separate location or company with its own reviews on a platform. A salon in London and a salon in Manchester are two branches. One widget shows reviews from all branches at once.
We sum the loads of all widgets in your account per calendar month, the counter resets on the 1st. Above the limit the widget keeps working, only the "Made with ReviewLab" label comes back.

The widget stops showing on your site, all settings and data are kept. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before the end.
We issue invoices to companies. Contact support or email us.
Nothing until the end of your paid period: plan features, branches and settings stay as they are. On renewal the subscription moves to the new plans. If the changes affect you, we will email you in advance and offer a discount on moving to Medium.
